Subscription Terms & Refund Terms and Conditions

Our service is billed on an annual subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew under the terms of your subscription agreement until explicitly cancelled by you. Payments are refundable within 7days of time if not satisfied with the service. Subscription for anual just 1000 INR per year.

Content Ownership

All content created using our service belongs to you. You are responsible for the content of your digital business cards. We do not claim ownership of your content, but by using our service, you grant us the permission to host, display, and share your content as necessary.

Impersonation, Misuse, and Unauthorized Distribution

Users are strictly prohibited from impersonating ICV.bio support, staff, or representatives. Distributing unauthorized applications, software, or claiming false association with ICV.bio (including sharing APKs via third-party platforms like WhatsApp) is a serious violation of our terms. We reserve the right to take immediate action against such users, which may include account suspension, permanent bans, and reporting to cybercrime or legal authorities. Only official applications available through trusted platforms (such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and links listed on our official website (https://www.icv.bio) are considered valid.

Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Content

ICV.bio is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from users downloading or interacting with unofficial or third-party applications or content claiming to represent our platform. Users are advised to only use services and applications officially published and verified by ICV.bio.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes, if any, shall be addressed amicably by negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute may require formal resolution through arbitration or courts based on the jurisdiction established by our legal department.
